COO na Cofidis Portugal

During the past years I’ve developed a diversified career in Portugal and abroad, in areas such as Technology & Innovation, Business Transformation, Strategy Development and M&As. Now, I’m currently playing the role of COO and executive board member at Cofidis Branch in Portugal.

I believe that culture determines and defines strategy and, for this reason, my main mission is set on helping people, teams and organizations. By this I seek to amplify their potential, find their positioning, where they are, where they want to be to then allow them to conquer their goals.

In Cofidis our mindset is on “make your projects come truth”, therefore, each day my focus is to give to clients the best experiences, to partners the best business outcomes and to my teams the best adventure of their lives.

Outside the office, I’m passionate about the wonders of mentorship, to give room for talents to change the world. Communication is the key for success and I’m glad to have accomplished my fluency in Italian, French, English and of course Portuguese. I love to play with my kids (above all!), devouring Italian food and discovering all about the Oscars history.”
