Roberta Bigliani is vice president of IDC Energy Insights, IDC Financial Insights, IDC Government Insights, IDC Health Insights, IDC Manufacturing Insights, and IDC Retail Insights in Europe. In her role she offers strategic direction and advice to both vendors and end-user clients. She joined IDC in 2007 to create the European Energy business unit, and is now responsible for research-based advisory and consulting services across all industries. In 2017 she created the IDC Future of Work practice, for which she remains the executive sponsor for Europe.
